Replacement & Refunds Policy

1. ORDER CONCERNS

Our team will evaluate your case swiftly and walk you through the next steps. Please include your order number, purchased items, and the cause of your dissatisfaction when you contact us.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION
You have a 6-hour window from the time of order to request a cancellation. Beyond this period, your order might be in processing or shipping, and a cancellation will result in a 10% charge of the total order amount. For cancellations, reach out to us directly.

3. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your received item is faulty, does not work as expected, or diverges from our marketing descriptions, alert us immediately at contact@wiizaa.com or through our contact form.

For quicker processing of replacements or refunds, supply clear photos showing the fault or defect, against a flat, neutral backdrop, capturing the whole item and the specific problem. Upon verification, we will dispatch free replacements without requiring you to return the faulty product. Your cooperation helps us swiftly rectify your issue and prevents future occurrences.

This guarantee covers only manufacturing defects, excluding:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Sunlight exposure damage
- Post-purchase unauthorized modifications or repairs

Note, our policy lasts 30 days post-delivery. We cannot provide refunds or replacements after this period.

4. LOST ORDERS
If your delivery is unexpectedly delayed, you’re entitled to a refund or a replacement. Contact us with your order details to address the issue promptly.

Claims for lost orders must be made within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process and appear in your bank account.

5. REFUND TIMING
Upon claim approval, we'll expedite refunds or send a replacement. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method:
- PayPal: Expect visibility within 3-5 business days.
- Debit/Credit Card: Refunds should appear in 7-10 business days, dependent on your bank's policy.
