1. How long does it take to process my order?

Our handling time is 3-6 business days (Monday-Friday). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email to follow your package.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping applies to orders of 2 or more items worldwide.

3. How can I track my order?

When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and link.
Please note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after you receive the tracking email.
You can check the latest status anytime via the carrier’s website.


4. My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

  • Check your mailbox, porch, or building reception.
  • Ask neighbors or household members.
  • Contact your local courier with the tracking details.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • All charges will appear in USD on your statement, regardless of your local currency. If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider will handle the conversion using their own exchange rates and may apply additional fees. These rates and fees are determined solely by your bank or payment provider, and we have no control over them.

6. Why was my payment declined?

Payments can fail due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions on international transactions.
If the issue continues, try PayPal or contact your bank.


7. How do you protect my privacy?

We use SSL/TLS encryption and strict data security standards.

8. Can I edit or cancel my order?

You can request to edit or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 12 hours, production may have already started, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

9. How do I request a return or refund?

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
