Cancellation & Modification

To adjust or cancel your order, please contact us via email at contact@wiizaa.com or use our online contact form. Remember to provide your order number and the specific alterations you desire. We will notify you once your order has been updated or cancelled.

You have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to make any cancellations or modifications. After this period, orders are automatically processed and cannot be changed. Requests for cancellations beyond the 6-hour mark will be subject to a processing fee equal to 10% of the total order amount. Be aware, details subject to change include:

- Shipping name, address, contact email, etc.

Important to note:

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If your order is in this stage, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for support.
If you decide to cancel or modify an order that is already in the process of being fulfilled, a fee amounting to 50% of the total payment may apply.
No changes can be made once your order has been dispatched.
