1. Return Policy

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • After 30 days, we cannot process any return or refund requests.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • The item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to your order.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and any accessories (if applicable).
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number and receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

1.1 Exchange Policy

We accept size exchanges for apparel if you ordered the wrong size.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure safe delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)

  • Cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Item arrives damaged or defective (no return necessary in some cases).
  • Item is significantly different from the description in your order.

Partial Refund / Store Credit

  • You ordered the wrong size or design and prefer to keep it.
  • The issue is partially our fault, but the product remains usable.

No Refunds

  • Delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, customs issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after receiving the order.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1 - Initiate Request
Email contact@wiizaa.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Step 2 - Receive Instructions

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  • Follow the instructions and return the item in its original condition.

Step 3 - Processing Your Refund

  • For our errors (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • If no return is required, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after approval.

4. Order Cancellations

  • You can request to edit or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, production may have already started, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If your refund has not arrived after 10 business days:

  • Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
