30-Day Refund / Free Replacement Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, Wiizaa.com offers a Full Refund or Free Replacement. If your request is approved, no return of the received item is required.

Covered Reasons

  1. Item is defective, damaged, or does not work properly on arrival.
  2. Item differs from the description or from the submitted personalization details.
  3. Incorrect or mismatched size.
  4. Lost or missing items in the shipment.

How to request: Contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue here.

No Refund & Replacement

The following reasons are NOT covered by Wiizaa.com's 30-Day Refund & Replacement Policy.

1) Request submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
2) Wrong size, product, shipping address, or personalization details provided at checkout.
3) Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
4) Items that have been washed, worn, soiled, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
5) Personal reasons (change of mind, personal taste, no longer want the item, etc.).
6) Purchases made during a sale or promotion.

Refund & Replacement Procedure

Step 1

Submit a ticket here or email contact@wiizaa.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number.

Step 2

Attach clear photos of the received item(s) and the outer package showing the full shipping label. Briefly describe the issue (defective, damaged, wrong item/size, or missing items).

Step 3

After review, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement. For approved cases, no return is required.

Refund Time

If your refund is approved, funds will be returned to the same payment method you used.

Credit Card: up to 10 business days (processing times vary by bank).
PayPal: 3-5 business days.

Note: Posting times are controlled by your bank or payment provider and may vary during holidays.
