Payment Methods
At Wiizaa, your payment security is our top priority. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted gateways.
1. Accepted Payment Options
- Credit, debit, and prepaid cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay (available on supported devices).
- PayPal: Pay via your PayPal account or as a guest with your credit/debit card.
💱 Currency & Conversion:
- All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) by default.
- All charges will appear in USD on your statement, regardless of your local currency.
- If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider will handle the conversion using their own exchange rates and may apply additional fees. These rates and fees are determined solely by your bank or payment provider, and we have no control over them.
2. Paying with PayPal
- Pay directly from your PayPal account, or as a guest using a credit/debit card.
- If PayPal doesn't support your currency, it will be automatically converted to USD.
- You will be securely redirected to PayPal to complete your payment.
3. Troubleshooting Payments
If your card payment fails:
- Double-check card details (number, expiration date, CVV, billing address).
- Ensure you have sufficient funds and no online transaction restrictions.
- Try placing a new order instead of retrying the same transaction.
- Contact your bank - some block international transactions by default.
- Consider using PayPal as an alternative.
If your PayPal payment fails:
- Check if your account has transaction limits.
- Ensure your shipping and billing addresses are in the same country.
- Try paying directly by credit/debit card.
4. Secure Payments
We implement strict safeguards for all transactions:
- SSL/TLS encryption for secure data transmission.
- AES-256 encryption for payment data.
- PCI-DSS compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
- Limited access to personal information, restricted to authorized staff for payment processing or customer support.
- Some transactions may be flagged for security checks; we may request additional verification before processing.
